I stayed in a Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Beach View and Balcony. The ocean view from my room was fantastic. However, I noticed issues like a damp feeling in the room and noise from the air-conditioning unit. The bathroom could use some updates as well. The complimentary breakfast vouchers became a hassle because we were charged for breakfast despite showing the vouchers. That left a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable stay. Plus, only one elevator was operational, which felt inconvenient and caused delays.
